ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Hi, I’m Jasmine White
I’m a Navy veteran, former Veteran Services Officer, and the CEO of Veteran Transition Success.
For 20 years, I’ve worked alongside service members and veterans in roles involving military administration, human resources, records management, directives and publications, veteran services, and education.
I also hold a Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis and a Bachelor’s in Psychology, which have shaped the way I think about transition, identity, behavior, and the support people need when their lives are changing.
When I transitioned out of the Navy, I understood even more clearly that leaving military service is about much more than a final checkout sheet or a VA rating. It’s learning who you are in the next chapter, understanding the benefits you’ve earned, and figuring out how to build a life and community beyond the gate.
That’s why I created Veteran Transition Success.
My goal is to help service members and veterans feel prepared, informed, and supported across the full transition journey.
